Abstract (German):Interkulturelle Dimensionen werden bislang nur sehr bedingt als Ressource in kleineren und mittleren Unternehmen und Organisationen wahrgenommen und genutzt. Grundannahme von ZIP-Konzepte ist, dass gerade die Unterschiedlichkeit von MitarbeiterInnen als produktiver Faktor auf vielfältigen Ebenen erschlossen und nutzbar gemacht werden kann. Das Projekt zielt deshalb auf die Erschließung solcher interkultureller Ressourcen und verknüpft dabei die interkulturelle Thematik mit Debatten der neueren europäischen Bildungsdiskussion. (Autor)
Abstract (English):Up to now small and medium-sized enterprises and organisations only insignificant regard and benefit intercultural dimensions as a resource for their Institution. Therefore main argue of ZIP.Concepts is that in particular the diversity of employees can be opened up and be of use on several different levels. The project aims therefore on the taping of intercultural resources and links by that intercultural issue with the newer european discussion about learning and education. (Author)
