| Abstract (German): | Thematisiert wird das sozialisationsrelevante Zusammenspiel zwischen zukunftsgerichteten Vorstellungen und tatsächlichen Erfahrungen in der Statuspassage zwischen Ausbildung und Beruf. Die Analysen basieren auf einer quantitativen Panelstudie zur beruflichen Sozialisation junger Erzieherinnen. Sie verweisen auf in der Regel zu sorgenschwere Antizipationen vor Eintritt in das Erwerbsleben, die aber funktional vor Enttäuschungen schützen. Denn negative Diskrepanzen erschweren die Integration in die Arbeitswelt. Langfristig entfalten sie widersprüchliche Wirkungen - es erwachsen aus ihnen ein zunehmend positiveres Verhältnis zu den kontextuellen Bedingungen und fachlichen Herausforderungen sowie ein gesteigertes Selbstvertrauen, aber auch ein stabil hohes Belastungsniveau und eine Reduktion der vormals hoch ambitionierten professionalen Orientierungen. | Abstract (English): | The focus of analysis is on the socializational consequences arising from the configuration of anticipations and real experiences in the status passage between vocational training und practice. Results of a quantitative longitudinal study on young kindergarten teachers show that anticipations are too much troubled. Their function is to protect from disappointment. For negative discrepancies complicate the integration into the occupational field. In a longtime perspective they cause ambivalent effects - an increasing positive view on the ecological context and a better self-confidence but also a stable degree of high working stress and a reduction of professional values.
