(DIPF/Orig.)
Abstract (English):On the basis of the example described by B. Müller, the author explains the psycho-analytic aspects of the handling of clients. He distinguishes two types of perception, namely that of considering the case something general and that of regarding it as specific. On the basis of this differentiation, which allows a detached view, the author shows how psycho-analytically oriented pedagogues can adopt a kind of neutral, methodically controlled attitude. By achieving this kind of intermediate position the pedagogue does neither meet the pathogenic expectations associated with the relation to his client nor does he contradict them directly.
