Abstract (German):	Im Kanton Aargau wurde im Schuljahr 1992/93 je ein erster Intensivfortbildungskurs von 20 Wochen (genannt Projektkurs) an der Lehramtsschule (LSA) und am Didaktikum (Institution für Bezirkslehrer- und Bezirkslehrerinnen-Bildung) durchgeführt. Aus der Perspektive der Kursleitung am Didaktikum wird ein Einblick ins Kurskonzept und in Erfahrungen gegeben und daraus werden Fragen abgeleitet. Es wird versucht, den Projektkurs im Feld der Lehrer- und Lehrerinnen-Fortbildung und der Schulentwicklung zu situieren.
