| Abstract (German): | Beim selbstgesteuerten Lernen ist die Funktion der Lehrenden nicht einfach reduziert, vielmehr gehen zentrale Leistungen, die in der klassischen kursorischen Organisation von Lernprozessen von Lehrenden erbracht worden sind, in individualisierten Arrangements in die Hand der Lernenden über, die nun für die Herstellung der Bedingungen gelungener Lernprozesse verantwortlich sind. Den Lehrenden kommt damit aber eine neue Rolle der indirekten Steuerung von Lernprozessen zu. Gerade in der Lehrerbildung, in der nicht einfach das Lernen von Wissen, sondern das Eintreten in Problematisierungsdiskurse eines Feldes gefragt ist, haben Selbstlernarrangements, die mit indirekten Handlungsformen wie der Lernberatung kombiniert sind, die Potenz, die Lesarten der Studierenden explizit und damit reflexiv bearbeitbar zu machen. |
| Abstract (English): | In self-regulated learning the role of the teacher is not simply reduced. It is more precisely the case that fundamental teacher support which was in the classical cursory organization of learning processes the responsibility of the teacher, changes hands and by individual arrangement becomes the responsibility of the student who then builds the conditions for successful learning processes. In this way the teachers respond to their new role of indirect control of learning processes. In teacher training, in which not just the learning of knowledge but also the involvement in the problematization-discourse in a particular field is essential, self-directed learning arrangements which are combined with indirect forms of negotiation such as learning consultation, provide the potential to deal with explicit and reflective versions of the students. |
