Abstract (German):Der vorliegende Beitrag systematisiert und akzentuiert Entwicklungen der Forschung zur berufspraktischen Ausbildung angehender Lehrerinnen und Lehrer. Zunächst wird der Lernkontext Praktikum als geschützter Lernraum charakterisiert, anschliessend werden zentrale Erkenntnisse zum Lernen im Praktikum aus historischer Perspektive vorgestellt. Es folgen eine Standortbestimmung aktueller Forschungsentwicklungen unter Berücksichtigung förderlicher Einflussfaktoren mit Bezug zu bildungssystemischen, theoretischen und empirischen Prozessen und die Ableitung von Forschungsdesiderata.
Abstract (English):This text gives a systematic overview of research on field experiences (pre-service training, practicum, internship) in teacher education, and reviews the development of this research domain. Firstly, field experiences are characterized with reference to different learning settings. Subsequently, central findings about learning during internships are presented from a historical perspective. Afterwards, the state of the art of the current research development with respect to supportive factors in terms of processes in the educational system, its theoretical development and empirical advances are explained. Finally, some research desiderata will be derived.
