Abstract (German): | Die Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung (SGL) bietet aktuell zwanzig Arbeitsgruppen eine Plattform für fachliche Vertiefungen und Vernetzungen zwischen (pädagogischen) Hochschulen. Diese Arbeitsgruppen sind zwar sehr unterschiedlich organisiert, zielen aber alle auf Weiterbildungseffekte durch Austausch und Vergleich. Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden zuerst die Bestrebungen der SGL zur Förderung der Arbeit dieser Fachgruppen vorgestellt und anschliessend wird exemplarisch das Forum Deutschdidaktik präsentiert. |
Abstract (English): | Currently, twenty working groups use the organization Swiss Association of Teacher Education (SGL) as a platform for professional exchange between the universities of teacher education. These groups are structured differently, but they all focus on professional development by sharing knowledge and experience. This paper outlines how the SGL supports these working groups, and presents the Forum for the Subject Pedagogy of German (fdd) as an example. |
