Abstract (English):So far, the debate on the relation between modern and post-modern thinking has not met with any response in educational science. This may well be due the fact that for educational science, a discipline which - by drawing on the enlightenment in formulating its principles - is closely connected with what Habermas has called the "Projekt Moderne" (,project of modernity'), the adoption of post-modernist theorems may represent a real threat. If, on the other hand, the focus is upon the analytical aspect of poststructuralist or post-modernist thinking, one has to admit that it is no longer self-evident that the (verbal) signs out of which educational theory is constituted actually do refer to an educational reality. The author inquires into the implications of this phenomenon, looking at different stages of the loss of reality, and then goes on to discuss possible and impossible Solutions for pedagogics.
