Abstract (English):In a society where health is at the heart of all concerns, changing one’s behavior can become a major issue. More than ever, every person is invited to become an actor of his own health life. We deliberately chose midlife to be the best period for our study on the process of self-regulation of one’s health. The analysis leads us to observe that health practices can be explained by observing the interactions between individuals, their environmental and behavioral factors in order to understand how people gradually influence their health-learning process.
