Abstract (English):The article discusses the development of the “certificate course tAPP – music with apps in cultural education” based on pragmatic inquiry. This means identifying problems and solutions in an iterative process of research and practice. One special feature concerning the conceptual arrangement is the orientation towards the structural model of communities of practice. The systemic organizational research project aims to reconstruct music educational practice of one learning community. The results show an ambivalence of the meaning of mobile technologies, epistemic leadership, and analogies of roles of teacher and students as well as teaching methods between organisation and community.
