| Abstract (German): | Für den deutschsprachigen Raum existiert eine Vielzahl von Projekten, die Diagnostik von Eignungsmerkmalen und Interventionen für Studieninteressierte und Lehramtsstudierende verbinden. Der vorliegende Beitrag versucht, diese Instrumente im Hinblick auf Merkmale wie Verbindlichkeit, Lenkungscharakter und Selektionscharakter zu strukturieren, und führt dafür Beispiele aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz an. | Abstract (English): | In recent years, there has been an increasing number of projects that are concerned with assessment and counselling of students who are interested in or have already entered a teacher preparation programme. Our contribution proposes a classification of such instruments that is based on characteristics such as institutional obligation, intended guidance function, and locus of selection decisions that might be inferred from these instruments. In order to illustrate this classification, we provide examples of such instruments, all of which are currently in use in Germany, Austria, and/or Switzerland. (DIPF/Orig.) |
