Abstract (English): | Sustainable success of school development projects depends on the fact that the newly acquired knowledge is transferred effectively and implemented at school and system level (van Holt 2014). A good starting point for such dissemination seems to be close cooperation between different actors in the education system (Rogers 2003). Against this background, the question arises, which kind of knowledge is relevant for transfer questions and how effective transfer paths can be described. The article discusses which features of co-operation between different actors in educational systems can promote or hinder transfer processes, and points out ways of dealing productively with challenges and opportunities of knowledge transfer.
