Abstract (English):In the project “InkluKiT” (2017-2020) an empirically based, tested and evaluated curriculum for further education of EEC centres was developed. It aims to close the gap between the professional debate on the acquisition of inclusive skills on the one hand and the application-oriented practical manuals on the other hand. The modular, competence-oriented activities for further education of EEC teams were developed, carried out and evaluated in close cooperation with specialised, professional practice. The curriculum follows a scheme that includes the status of inclusive practices as well as the relevant framework conditions in the institutions. It further takes into account the team’s professional experience and interaction design additionally to their educational, didactic and diagnostic skills. The article presents - on the basis of a broad understanding of inclusion and a consistently competence-oriented view of team development processes - the systematics of the InkluKiT curriculum and its possible applications.
