| Abstract (German): | Vom 28.8. - 2.9.94 fand in Hamburg der 13. Welt-Computer-Kongreß stau, seit 32 Jahren wieder in Deutschland. Es ist fast selbstverständlich, daß die Informatik die Welt als ein großes "Lokales Netz" sieht. Unter den fünf großen Themenkreisen dieser Konferenz waren sowohl "Social Impacts of Computers and Communications" wie auch "Computer and Communications for Developing Countries".
