Abstract (English): | The article presents national and international research findings dealing with challenges in the assistance of children, adolescents and adults who communicate with communication aids. The central thesis of the article is the idea that communication assistance, contrary to the understanding of assistance established by the empowerment movement, is a complex activity that does not only require an appropriate attitude, but also specific technical and methodical know-how. The article presents a proposal for the systematization of assistive conversation strategies and uses examples to transfer them to the field of AAC. |
