Abstract (English):This contribution aims at elucidating the significance of 'punishment' and 'logical consequences' as paedagogical measures. As approaches to behavioral guidance in the 'paedagogic field' the learning theory approach (…), the individual-psychologically oriented approach (…), and the so-called client-centered approach (…) are introduced. The three concepts mentioned above are investigated especially with regard to the extent in which they are able to contribute to a humane and still effective change of behaviour. In our opinion paedagogic directive measures can only be supported in the event that their influence upon the behaviorally conspicuous, exhibiting socially or interactionally deviant behaviour in or outside paedagogic situations, is prosocial. Behavioral conspiuousness is group-passive, auto-aggressive, and group-resistant behaviour in connection with failure motivation linked to above average to average or less than average intelligence in the context of a socially integrative guidance style.
