(DIPF/FIS)
Abstract (English):The development of modern education systems is accompanied by arguments on maintaining bodies. In the first section the text considers controversies from two points of view: the first is concerned with the process of nation building and the institutionalisation of the civic role. In the second section initiatives to establish private schools which can be observed as nation building progresses are examined. As a result the author states that private schools cannot add much to what state schools offer, but can certainly serve as an example of liberal school development. (DIPF/Orig.)
