(DIPF/Orig.)
Abstract (English):KTM has successfully been employed as primary and secondary preventive program since 1987 in order to increase both the self-competence and the social competence of teachers in dealing with aggressive and disruptive student behavior. For the building up of field-specific expertise and competence, the approach focusses – besides systemic aspects – on both the cognitive level (optimization of subjective theories) and on the behavioral level (training of new behavioral patterns). The latest developments have led to the new short-term training program 'KTM Compact', which is now available. (DIPF/Orig.)
