(DIPF/ Orig.)
Abstract (English):If almost all forms of education have trouble covering the long way from knowledge to competent acting, it seems appropriate to ask weather training schemes would be a sensible alternative or at least a useful addition. From the perspective of a theory of action the question can certainly be answered in the affirmative if the following aspects are taken into account: the training schemes – meaning: practical exercises – have to be located on the level of reflexive awareness, they have to be embedded in transsituational aims and planning, they must not aim at cognition and action alone, rather they have to include inert emotions, too, because they can only be really successful if they follow three steps, i.e. (1) if they cultivate the given structures for controlling actions, (2) if they include expert knowledge, an (3) if they trigger off new processes for the control of actions. Finally, the author proposes different training schemes for methodological-didactic acting and for interactive acting. (DIPF/Orig.)
