(DIPF/Orig.) |
Abstract (English): | Teachers' ability to diagnose, design, and promote teaching and learning processes is broadened in inservice training and the effect on physics instruction is shown. On the basis of an action-theoretical model developed by Wahl (2002), the teachers' classroom practice is examined empirically, e.g. through video analysis and video feedback, and then further developed and validated on a theoretical basis. The optimization of the students' learning processes is orientated by the theory of base models according to Oser/Baeriswyl (2001). On the basis of this theory, classroom actions are recorded and analyzed as to the intended and the actually occurring learning processes. The effects measured allow for conclusions to be drawn with regard to the optimization of physics instruction and the planning of inservice training for teachers. (DIPF/Orig.) |
