| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag stellt zunächst die Situation der traditionellen - zum Teil in den Zeiten des Kolonialismus wurzelnden - Jugendorganisationen und Netzwerke der Zivilgesellschaft in Sambia dar. Der Autor geht dann darauf ein, wie sich mit Unterstützung internationaler Geberorganisationen "interessen- und selbsthilfeorientierte Jugendinitiativen" gebildet haben, die sich aktiv am Prozess der "Reform der Nationalen Jugendpolitik und Verfassung" beteiligt haben. Der Autor beschreibt abschließend, wie mit Hilfe deutscher Entwicklungshilfeorganisationen (DED, InWent, GTZ) Trainings zum effizienteren Management von Nichtregierungsorganisationen und zur Organisationsentwicklung durchgeführt werden.
