Abstract (German): | Das koloniale Erbe in den meisten Entwicklungsländern ist nirgendwo so sichtbar wie im Bildungssektor. Versuche, Schulen zu demokratisieren, gab es zwar seit Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts in den Ländern der Kolonisatoren, diese spielten aber für die Kolonien keine Rolle - es sei denn, die Kolonisierten versuchten es selbst. (DIPF/Orig.) |
