(DIPF/Orig.) |
Abstract (English): | The concept 'working with people' will be outlined as a process of professionalization of 'care' within the theory of modernization. Two areas of conflict, historically speaking, are particularly of interest – namely 'care' as being the giver of an interpersonal relationship, and 'care' as an occupation. Both should be an integal part of the modern vocation of care. Such a model could act against the increasingly precarious care professions. (DIPF/Orig.) |
