| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag der Hochschulinstitutionen für Lehrerinnen- und Lehrerbildung (insbesondere der pädagogischen Hochschulen) zusammen mit der COHEP an die Steuerung der Bildungsentwicklung wird am Beispiel der Strategiearbeit der COHEP, der Arbeitsbezüge zu Bildungsverwaltung und Bildungspraxis sowie am Beispiel des ‹Bildungsmonitorings Schweiz› diskutiert. Zu berücksichtigen ist dabei die spezifische strukturelle und rechtliche Ausgangslage, welche den Rahmen für die Koordinationsarbeit der COHEP absteckt. Um von allen Steuerungsakteuren aus Bildungspolitik, Bildungspraxis und Bildungswissenschaft als relevante Partnerinnen für pädagogische, lehrerprofessionelle als auch wissenschaftliche Expertise wahrgenommen zu werden, müssen diese Lehrerbildungsinstitutionen (unter der Koordination durch die COHEP) entsprechendes steuerungsrelevantes Know-how aufbauen und ‹mediativ› wirken. |
| Abstract (English): | The contribution of the tertiary level teacher training institutions (in particular the universities of teacher education) and COHEP to the governance of educational development is discussed, taking as examples COHEP's strategic planning, the working relationship with educational administration and practice, and «Education Monitoring in Switzerland» («Bildungsmonitoring Schweiz»). Particular note should be taken of the specific structural and legal conditions which determine the framework for COHEP's coordination work. In order to be perceived by all those concerned with governance in the fields of educational policy, practice and science as relevant partners with expertise in matters relating to all aspects of teacher training, both practical and academic, the teacher training institutions (under COHEP’s coordination) must build up a body of know-how on governance and assume a mediatory role. |
