| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über grundlegende Entwicklungen in der Ausbildung von Erzieherinnen in Deutschland. Ein Fokus richtet sich dabei auf zentrale Kritikpunkte an der bisherigen Ausbildung. Sie betreffen den formalen Status der Ausbildungsstätten, die Qualifikation der dort beschäftigten Lehrkräfte und das Niveau der Ausbildung. Darüber hinaus werden Reformbemühungen der letzten Jahre und der jüngsten Zeit vorgestellt und erläutert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The essay offers a survey of basic developments in training of Kindergarten Teachers (Erzieherinnen) in Germany. Central issues of criticism in training up now, concerning the formal status of training, the qualification of the lecturers and the level of training are being focussed on.
