| Abstract (Englisch): | The paper examines the application and adaptation of the competency classification system "ESCO", drawing on practical experiences gained from specific use cases within vocational education. To ex-plore this topic, a survey was conducted and analyzed among projects funded by the German fund-ing program INVITE. The paper discusses the need for ESCO to adapt as a result of the projects as well as the challenges and opportunities for further development in this area. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (Deutsch): | Das Paper befasst sich mit der Nutzung und Adaption des Kompetenzklassifikationssystems „ESCO“ anhand der Erfahrungen mit spezifischen Anwendungsfällen in der beruflichen Bildung. Dafür wurde eine Umfrage unter Förderprojekten des Innovationswettbewerbs INVITE durchgeführt und ausgewertet. Das Paper diskutiert sowohl die von den Projekten berichteten Notwendigkeiten der Anpassung von ESCO als auch Herausforderungen und weitere Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in diesem Bereich. (DIPF/Orig.) |
