| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag berichtet über Hintergrund, Inhalt wie auch Ausgestaltung des Universitätslehrganges „Management und Leadership für Frauen“, der als Kooperation der Johannes Kepler Universität (JKU) und der Volkshochschule Linz (Stadt Linz) seit 2010 konzipiert und erfolgreich umgesetzt wird. Während die inhaltliche, curriculare Gestaltung des Lehrganges der Universität obliegt, übernimmt die Volkshochschule die organisatorische Abwicklung. Der Wissensturm der VHS Linz als Veranstaltungsort des Lehrganges will den teilnehmenden Frauen dabei vor allem ein offenes und demokratisches Lernumfeld bieten. Ein Spannungsmoment in der Kooperation von Universität und Volkshochschule ergibt sich in der Frage der Finanzierung: Die Abstimmung von Lehrgangsbeitrag, Qualität und Leistbarkeit ist eine der großen Herausforderungen der gemeinsamen Lehrgangsgestaltung. Abschließend gehen die Autorinnen auf den Mehrwert dieser Kooperation für Universität und Volkshochschule ein. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The article reports on the background, content and organization of the post-graduate degree programme “Management and Leadership for Women”, which was conceived of as a cooperation between Johannes Kepler University (JKU) and the Linz Adult Education Centre (City of Linz) in 2010 and has been successfully implemented. While the university is responsible for the content and the curriculum of the programme, the adult education centre is in charge of organization. The programme takes place in the Wissensturm (Knowledge Tower) of the Linz Adult Education Centre, which wants to provide an open and democratic learning environment for female participants. Tension in the cooperation between university and adult education centre arises in the area of funding: the coordination of course fees, quality and affordability is one of the great challenges facing the joint programme organization. The authors conclude by considering the added value of this cooperation for the university and the adult education centre. (DIPF/Orig.) |
