| Abstract (German): | Die europäische Erwachsenenbildung scheint wenig "digital bereit" zu sein: In den Bildungseinrichtungen dominieren Desktop-PCs, ältere Lernmanagementsysteme und Softwarelösungen, wenige Anbieter haben E-Learning-Angebote im Programm oder arbeiten mit Blended Learning. Auch ist die Ausbildung der ErwachsenenbildnerInnen im Bereich des digitalen Arbeitens wenig systematisiert. Gerade ErwachsenenbildnerInnen aber könnten, wie die Autorin im vorliegenden Beitrag betont, eine Vorbildfunktion einnehmen. Wenn sie ihre Lernangebote mit größeren digitalen Anteilen umsetzen, können ihre Workshop- oder KursteilnehmerInnen "en passant" digitale Kompetenzen erwerben oder verbessern. Um das zu ermöglichen: Wie müsste ein Weiterbildungsangebot zur digitalen Kompetenz für ErwachsenenbildnerInnen aussehen, das auch breit wahrgenommen wird und somit die digitale Bereitschaft vieler ErwachsenenbildnerInnen erhöht? Welche Tools sind für ErwachsenenbildnerInnen in Training, Beratung und Management alltagstauglich und nutzerInnenfreundlich? Antwort hierauf versucht der hier vorgestellte "EBmooc" zu geben, der ab März 2017 einfache und praktische digitale Werkzeuge für die Arbeit in der Erwachsenenbildung vermitteln will. Der Beitrag erläutert Hintergrund, Inhalte und zentrale Prämissen der Entwicklungsarbeit an diesem kostenlosen Weiterbildungsformat. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | European adult education seems not to be "digitally ready" enough: In educational institutions, desktop PCs, older learning management systems and software solutions dominate, and few providers have e-learning courses in their programme or work with blended learning. In addition, the training of adult education instructors in the area of digital work has not been systemized much. As the author of this article stresses, however, adult education instructors could serve as role models. If they implement their course offerings with a greater share of digital learning, their workshop or course participants can acquire or improve digital competences "en passant". In order to make this possible: What would a continuing education course on digital competence for adult education instructors look like, one that is also broadly considered and thus increases the digital readiness of many adult education instructors? What tools are suitable for everyday use and user-friendly for adult education instructors in training, advising and management? Starting in March 2017, "EBmooc" will attempt to answer these questions by passing on simple and practical digital tools for work in adult education. The article explains the background, content and central premises of development work on this free continuing education format. (DIPF/Orig.) |
