| Abstract (German): | Im Sinne einer intellektuellen Selbstaufklärung wäre die Emanzipation von der Erziehungswissenschaft der erste und wichtigste Schritt zur Konstituierung der Erwachsenenbildung als eine wissenschaftsautonome gessellschaftliche Reflexionswissenschaft, die eine orientierende Funktion für Praktiken der kulturellen und politischen Erneuerung wahrnehmen könnte. Diese 'andere Geschichte der Erwachsenenbildung' eröffnet eine Perspektive für den Umgang mit ihrer disziplinären Unbestimmtheit. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In terms of intellectual self-enlightenment, the emancipation from educational science would be the first and most important step towards the constitution of adult education as a scientifically autonomous social science of reflection which would be able to assume an orientating function for the practice of cultural and political renewal. This “other history of adult education” opens up a perspective for dealing with its disciplinary vagueness. (DIPF/Orig.) |
