| Abstract (German): | Erwachsenenbildung ist mit der Frage konfrontiert, wie Bildung, Lehren und Lernen gestaltet werden können, um den Bedürfnissen der Individuen sowie den gesellschaftlichen Ansprüchen an die Bürger*innen gerecht zu werden - insbesondere, aber nicht nur, in der Covid-19-Krisenzeit. Der Massive Open Online Course "Demokratie MOOC" (kurz: DeMOOC) ist gerade in Zeiten, in denen keine Präsenzveranstaltungen durchgeführt werden können, ein entsprechendes niederschwelliges Basisangebot Politischer Bildung - zumindest für jene mit technischer Ausstattung und den nötigen Medienkompetenzen. Der seit Mitte 2019 bestehende MOOC, dessen Module völlig frei wählbar sind, wurde durch ein aktuelles "Corona-Kapitel" ergänzt. Hier werden die jeweiligen Modul-Schwerpunkte anhand der Krisen-Situation reflektiert und diskutiert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Adult education is confronted with the question of how to organize education, teaching and learning to meet the needs of individuals as well as society's demands on its citizens - especially but not only during the COVID-19 crisis. Even in times when in-person events cannot be held, the massive open online course "Democracy MOOC" (abbreviation: De-MOOC) is an accessible basic course in political education - at least for people with the technology and necessary media literacy. The MOOC, whose modules may be chosen freely, has been offered since the middle of 2019. It is now supplemented by a current "Coronavirus chapter" that includes reflection and discussion of the emphasis of each module as it pertains to the crisis situation. (DIPF/Orig.) |
