| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag erörtert eine gemeinsame Wertebasis von Themenzentrierter Interaktion (TZI), nachhaltiger Entwicklung und Berufsbildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung (BBNE), wie sie in den Modellversuchen des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung konzeptualisiert wird. Konkretisiert wird dies für Berufe im Lebensmittelhandwerk und der Lebensmittelindustrie. Zum Abschluss erfolgt ein Ausblick auf bereits angelegte und noch zu vertiefende Bezüge zwischen Themenzentrierter Interaktion und Berufsbildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The article discusses a common value base of Theme-Centered Interaction (TCI), sustainable development, and vocational education and training for sustainable development as conceptualized in the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training’s pilot projects. This will be put in concrete occupations for food-producing companies. Finally, an outlook will be provided on the links between Theme-Centered Interaction and vocational education and training for sustainable development that have already been established and are to be intensified.
