| Abstract (German): | Vor dem Hintergrund von Schulreformerfahrungen der letzten Dekaden wird als ein entscheidendes Problem der Schulsystemgestaltung eine unzureichende Gesamtabstimmung der Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsentwicklung konstatiert und für eine Orchestrierung der Instrumente und Synchronisierung der Maßnahmen auf den verschiedenen Handlungsebenen des Schulwesens plädiert. | Abstract (English): | Against the background of the experiences regarding school reforms during the last decades, this article accounts for an insufficient coordination of quality management and quality improvement as a decisive problem with regard to the formation of the school system.
