| Abstract (German): | Im Rahmen eines Gesamtsystems schulischen Monitorings bedarf es aussagekräftiger Selbstevaluationsinstrumente zur Erfassung schulischer Prozessqualitäten. Im Folgenden wird das Selbstevaluationsportal als ein neues Angebot zur Prozessevaluation des Unterrichts vorgestellt und über erste Erfahrungen damit berichtet. Eine erste Wirkungsstudie verdeutlicht, dass die Rückmeldung zu unterschiedlichen Rezeptions-, Reflektions- und auch Motivationsprozessen bei den teilnehmenden Lehrkräften führt. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | As part of a school monitoring system, meaningful self-evaluation tools are needed to evaluate processes at schools and not only their outcomes. In the following the portal for self-evaluation (Selbstevaluationsportal) is presented as a new offer for the evaluation of teaching. A preliminary impact study demonstrates that the feedback of students’ perception of instruction to teachers leads to different processes of reception, reflection, and motivation. (DIPF/Orig.) |
