| Abstract (German): | Die föderale Organisation des Bildungswesens in Deutschland führt traditionell zu sehr unterschiedlichen Ausgestaltungen der Schulsysteme in den Bundesländern. Verschiedene Reformen in der letzten Dekade haben diese Vielfalt noch vergrößert. Mit diesem Beitrag werden der Status quo der Schulstruktur in Deutschland in einem Vergleich der Bundesländer beschrieben, Entwicklungstrends herausgearbeitet und Diskussionslinien skizziert, durch welche die derzeitigen Strukturreformen motiviert sind. | Abstract (English): | The federal organization of education in Germany traditionally leads to very different structural arrangements of the school systems in the federal states. Various reforms in the last decade have increased this diversity. The article describes the status quo of the school structure in Germany in a comparison of the federal states, identifies trends and outlines discussions and arguments that motivate current structural reforms.
