| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag geht von der mittlerweile in der erziehungswissenschaftlichen Diskussion eingeführten Kategorie des "pädagogisch organisierten Systems des lebenslangen Lernens" aus. Auf der Folie von zwei grundlegenden Varianten der systembezogenen Arbeitsteilung werden pädagogischen Technologien (Programme, Veranstaltungsformen, Methoden und Medien) und Kernaktivitäten (Begleiten, Organisieren, Beraten, Unterrichten und Sanktionieren) beschrieben. Als konstitutive Momente pädagogischer Situationen dienen Kernaktivitäten und Technologien dazu, die Interaktion zwischen den drei zentralen Systemelementen zu sichern - genauer: die Relation zwischen der sozialen Welt pädagogischer Berufskulturen, der Totalität der Erziehungs- und Bildungsorganisationen und den pädagogischen Anderen als Synonym der Gesamtheit aller pädagogischer Ziel- und Adressatengruppen zu vitalisieren. | Abstract (English): | This article is based on the category of the "pedagogically organised system of lifelong learning"; a category that has by now been introduced into debate within educational science. Taking into account two fundamental variants of the system-related division of labour, pedagogical technologies (programmes, forms of events, methods and media) and core activities (support, organising, advising, teaching and sanctioning) are described. As constitutive moments of pedagogical situations, core activities and technologies serve to ensure the interaction between the three central system elements - that is, to revitalise the relation between the social world of pedagogical professional cultures, the totality of educational organisations and the pedagogical others as a synonym for the entirety of all pedagogical target and user groups.
