| Abstract (German): | Die Educational-Governance-Forschung wird hier beschrieben als ein Forschungsansatz einer interdisziplinären Bildungsforschung, der das Zustandekommen, die Aufrechterhaltung und die Transformation sozialer Ordnung und sozialer Leistungen im Bildungswesen unter der Perspektive der Handlungskoordination zwischen verschiedenen Akteurinnen und Akteuren in komplexen Mehrebenensystemen untersucht. Im folgenden Artikel wird zunächst die Herkunft und Entwicklung der Kategorie "Governance" in den Politik- und Sozialwissenschaft en skizziert, bevor die zentralen Begriffe des Konzepts erläutert werden. Danach werden Forschungsstrategien und -methoden der Governance-Forschung dargestellt und offene Fragen sowie einige mögliche Entwicklungsperspektiven diskutiert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Research in Educational Governance is a branch of interdisciplinary research in education which studies how social order and performance is produced, maintained and transformed by coordinated action of a multitude of actors in complex multi-level education systems. The paper begins with describing the origin and development of the concept "governance" in social and political sciences and explains the central categories of this approach. Strategies and methods of educational governance research are discussed. Finally, open questions and potential options for further development of this approach are raised. (DIPF/Orig.) |
