| Abstract (German): | Die Digitalisierung der beruflichen Bildung wird in Deutschland als dringliches Zukunftsthema diskutiert. Ausbilder*innen stehen vor der Herausforderung, sich nicht nur neue Lerninhalte, sondern auch neue Kommunikations- und Lernmedien aneignen zu müssen. Ihr Weiterbildungsbedarf soll durch das bundesweite, von 2019 bis 2023 öffentlich geförderte Netzwerk Q 4.0 gedeckt werden. Im Netzwerk werden bedarfsorientierte Qualifizierungsangebote für das Berufsbildungspersonal entwickelt und über eine Online-Lern-Plattform angeboten. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt die Arbeit des Netzwerks Q 4.0 am Beispiel der Entwicklung eines Trainings für Ausbilder*innen in der Elektrobranche, die in fünf Phasen erfolgte: Bedarfe verstehen, konkrete Problemstellung definieren, Ideen entwickeln, Prototypen entwickeln und testen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung. Als Herausforderungen benennt der Autor die transnationale Vernetzung sowie die Verankerung des Netzwerks nach Ende der Förderperiode. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In Germany, the digital transformation of vocational training is under discussion as an urgent issue to be addressed in the future. Trainers are facing the challenge of having to learn new educational content as well as new communication and educational media. Their need for professional development should be met by the national network Q 4.0, which is receiving public funding from 2019 to 2023. Within the network, need-based qualification courses for vocational training staff are developed and offered on an online learning platform. This article describes the work of the Q 4.0 network by presenting the example of the development of a training programme for trainers in the electrotechnical industry. It consisted of five phases: understanding needs, defining a specific problem, developing ideas, developing and testing prototypes and constantly optimizing. The author identifies as challenges transnational networking and the securing of the network after the funding period ends. (DIPF/Orig.) |
