| Abstract (German): | Im folgenden Beitrag wird die Rolle kooperativer Doktoratsprogramme beim Aufbau der wissenschaftlichen Kompetenzen in den Fachdidaktiken analysiert. Hierfür werden die Programme an den Universitäten Basel und Zürich dargestellt. Ihr Beitrag zur Qualifizierung des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses in den Fachdidaktiken wird sowohl anhand der Struktur als auch anhand der Supervision in den Programmen analysiert. Der Beitrag arbeitet heraus, dass die Programme auf einem hohen Engagement der Beteiligten an allen teilnehmenden Hochschulen aufbauen, eine strukturelle Absicherung aber aussteht. Abschliessend werden Empfehlungen zur Entwicklung der Fachdidaktiken als eigenständige wissenschaftliche Disziplinen in der Schweiz abgeleitet. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The following paper analyzes the role of cooperative doctoral programmes in building the scientific skills in subject-specific education. For this purpose, the programmes at the Universities of Basel and Zurich are presented and their contribution to the qualification of young academics in subject-specific education is analyzed on the basis of both the structure and the supervision in the programmes. The article points out that the programmes are based on a high level of commitment of the participants at all universities involved but that structural anchoring is lacking. Finally, recommendations for the development of subject-specific education as independent scientific disciplines in Switzerland are derived. (DIPF/Orig.) |
