| Abstract (German): | Obwohl Schulleitungen berufslebenslang mit neuen Herausforderungen konfrontiert werden, existieren in Deutschland meist nur für den Einstieg in das Amt Vorgaben und Konzepte zu deren Fortbildung. Berufsbegleitende Fortbildungen für die (erweiterte) Schulleitung werden zwar angeboten, bislang aber kaum erforscht. Anhand einer Programmanalyse von N = 635 Ausschreibungen in Baden-Württemberg wird der Frage nachgegangen, welche Fortbildungen für die Schulleitung mit Blick auf Zielgruppe, Zeitpunkt, Dauer und Inhalt angeboten werden. Es überwiegen mehrtägige Angebote, meist zum Thema «Schulentwicklung». Das Angebot wird bezüglich der Professionalisierung der (angehenden) Schulleitungen diskutiert. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Although school leaders are confronted with new challenges throughout their professional career, in Germany there are usually only guidelines and concepts for the induction phase in which school leaders enter the post. Continuing professional development for school leaders is offered, but it has hardly been researched so far. Based on a programme analysis of N = 635 descriptions of in-service training courses for school leaders in Baden-Württemberg, the question is investigated how these courses can be characterized according to target group, timing, duration, and content. Courses with a duration of several days predominate, mostly on the topic of school development. The characteristics of the current programmes are discussed with respect to the professionalization of (prospective) school leaders. (DIPF/Orig.) |
