| Abstract (German): | Seit Jahren machen internationale Leistungsstudien deutlich, dass selektive Schulsysteme (auch unter dem Etikett der "integrierten Gesamtschule") keine anspruchsvollen Kompetenzen hervorbringen, ohne das Prinzip der Chancengleichheit zu vernachlässigen. Deshalb müssen Forschung und Politik an einer radikalen und nachhaltigen Erneuerung unseres Schulsystems arbeiten und die Widerstände gegen eine erneute Reformdiskussion überwinden. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Since many years international achievement studies have demonstrated that selective school systems (including those of the label "integrated, comprehensive school') do not elicit sophisticated competencies without neglecting the principle of equity. Therefore, research and politics have to work out a radical renewal of the school system and have to work jointly together to overcome resistances against a reform debate. (DIPF/Orig.) |
