| Abstract (German): | Nina Horstmann widmet sich in diesem Beitrag der Frage, wie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunst und Wissenschaft in Forschung und Lehre - die stetig an Popularität gewinnt - gestaltet werden kann. Immer häufiger werden Vertreter*innen künstlerischer Disziplinen in wissenschaftliche Forschungsprojekte mit eingebunden - und umgekehrt. Gerade bei der Bearbeitung von globalen Problemen wie dem Klimawandel wird in diesem Austausch ein hohes Potenzial gesehen, da deren Komplexität eine Vielzahl an Sichtweisen und Expertisen erforderlich macht. Allerdings sind die Vorstellungen davon, wie eine gewinnbringende Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunst und Wissenschaft in der akademischen Forschung aussieht und welche Ergebnisse erwartet werden können, oft vage und uneinheitlich. In diesem Kapitel werden ein Einblick in dieses Themenfeld geboten, theoretische und praktische Ansätze vorgestellt und Anregungen für ein Arbeiten zwischen Kunst und Wissenschaft gegeben. | Abstract (English): | In this article, Nina Horstmann addresses the question of how the collaboration between art and science in research and teaching - which is steadily gaining in popularity - can be shaped. More and more often, representatives of artistic disciplines are involved in scientific research projects - and vice versa. Especially when dealing with global problems such as climate change, this exchange is seen as having great potential, since their complexity requires a variety of perspectives and expertise. However, notions of what a profitable collaboration between art and science in academic research looks like and what results can be expected are often vague and inconsistent. This chapter offers insight into this topic area, presents theoretical and practical approaches, and offers suggestions for working between art and science. (Editor) |
