| Abstract (German): | Der Personalbedarf im Segment haushaltsnaher Dienstleistungen ist hoch, kann aber gegenwärtig nicht ausreichend gedeckt werden. Qualifizierungsangebote sind zwar facettenreich vorhanden, jedoch fehlt es an verbindlichen Qualitätsstandards. Der Beitrag geht der Frage nach, wie dem zuvor skizzierten Bedarf entsprochen werden kann, ohne bewährte Qualitätsstandards beruflicher Bildung zu unterlaufen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | The demand for personnel in the household-related services segment is high but cannot be adequately met at present. Qualification offers are available in many facets, but there is a lack of binding quality standards. This article addresses the question of how the need outlined above can be met without undermining proven quality standards of vocational training. (DIPF/Orig.) |
