| Abstract (German): | Im Rahmen eines Interventionsprogrammes wurden vier Bausteine entwickelt mit dem Ziel, (1) die Lehrer-Schüler-Interaktion zu verbessern, (2) Angst und Angstabbau zum Thema einer Unterrichtseinheit zu machen, (3) die Lehrer zu einer transparenteren Gestaltung ihres Leistungsbewertungsprozesses und zu einer verstärkten sach- bzw. individualnormbezogenen Rückmeldung zu veranlassen und (4) den Schülern geeignete Lern- und Arbeitstechniken zu vermitteln. Der Bericht der Erfahrungen und Daten orientiert sich am Konzept der Evaluation, d.h. die Input-Evaluation bezieht sich auf die Eignung des Programmes als Fortbildungsmaßnahme für Lehrer, die Transfer-Evaluation überprüft die Umsetzung des Programms durch die Lehrer, die Evaluation im engeren Sinne fragt nach den beobachtbaren Verhaltensänderungen bei den Zielvariablen. | Abstract (English): | Within the scope of an experimental programm four "blocks" have been developed with the intention - to improve the interaction between teacher and pupil, - to make "fear" and "reduction of fear" a topic of a teaching-unit, - to induce the teachers to make their processes of evaluation more transparent and to increase the number of individual-focussed feed-backs, - to provide the pupils with suitable learning and working technics. The report of the experiences and the data is related to the idea of evaluation, that means the input-evaluation refers to the possibility of using this programm as a training measure for teachers, the transfer-evaluation proves the teachers' realization of this programm and the evaluation sensu stricto asks for possible observable changes in behaviour regarding the aim variables.
