| Abstract (German): | "Lehr-Labor“ wird als eine spezifische Konzeptualisierung von Instruktions-Training vorgestellt; die Einbeziehung der sozio-emotionalen Prozeßebene wird betont. Lernziele und Ablauf eines solchen Trainings zum Gegenstand "Lob und Tadel" werden zusammen mit den Methoden der zugehörigen Effektuntersuchung (Verhaltensproben und Fragebogen zu drei Meßzeitpunkten für Trainings- und Kontrollgruppe) dargestellt. Die Ergebnisse zeigen deutliche erwartungskonforme, über neun Wochen weitgehend stabile Effekte des Trainings. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | "Teaching lab" is presented as a specific conceptualization for training instruction. The involvement of the emotional process-level is emphasized. The objectives and the course of the training Programme "praise and reproach" are described together with the methods of the accompanying investigation of effectiveness (samples of behavior and questionaires of a training- and a control group at three measured times). Conforming to expectations the results show to a large extent stable effects of the training over a period of nine weeks. (DIPF/Orig.) |
