| Abstract (German): | Die Gesundheit von Lehrpersonen hängt in vielfacher Weise mit Indikatoren der Schulqualität zusammen, weshalb sich die Frage stellt, ob bzw. inwiefern dies im Professionsverständnis berücksichtigt wird. Ausgehend von konzeptionellen Klärungen und bildungswissenschaftlichen Professionsansätzen werden bildungspolitische Dokumente zum Lehrberuf aus der Schweiz, Österreich und Deutschland analysiert. Die Ergebnisse deuten darauf hin, dass gesundheitsrelevante Herausforderungen, Ambiguitäten des Lehrpersonenhandelns sowie überfachliche Aspekte von Professionalität insbesondere in der Schweiz nur marginal thematisiert werden. In der Diskussion werden Überlegungen dazu angestellt, wie ein gesundheitsaffines Professionsverständnis aussehen könnte. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | Occupational health of teachers is in many ways related to indicators of school quality, which raises the question of whether and to what extent this is considered in the professional understanding of the teaching profession. Starting with conceptual clarifications and theoretical approaches to the profession, educational policy documents from Switzerland, Germany, and Austria that relate to the teaching profession are analysed. The results of the analysis suggest that health-related challenges, the ambiguities of teaching as well as the interdisciplinary aspects of professionalism are only marginally addressed, particularly in Switzerland. The discussion sets forth how a health-oriented understanding of the teaching profession could be shaped. (DIPF/Orig.) |
