| Abstract (German): | Die Ziele des in diesem Artikel vorgestellten Modells bestehen darin, ein Grundkonzept relevanter Prozesse für die Integration von Migrant:innen zur Abfederung des Fachkräftemangels (IMAF) für eine klientelspezifische Berufsvorbereitung und Berufsausübung bereitzustellen. Dabei handelt es sich um einen pragmatischen, auf die Handlungsebene bezogenen Ansatz. Ausgehend von den die Integrationstiefe bestimmenden Motiven und Grundkonditionierungen der Migrant:innen wird sich dem Verhältnis von Assimilation in die Arbeitswelt und Integration in die Aufnahmegesellschaft zugewandt. Dabei wird Integration als ein Prozess verstanden, für beide Seiten durch wechselseitige Abhängigkeit einen bereichernden Mehrwert für ein friedliches Zusammenleben im ganzheitlichen Gesellschaftssystem der Aufnahmegesellschaft zu generieren. Es werden Anforderungen für die Implementation von Migrant:innen in Ausbildungs- bzw. Arbeitsprozesse benannt sowie Integrationsvoraussetzungen und Teilprozesse des Integrationsmanagements aufgezeigt bis hin zu Methoden der Aneignung und Stabilisierung neuer Handlungs- und Verhaltensmuster. | Abstract (English): | The objectives of the model presented in this article are to provide a basic concept of relevant processes for the integration of migrants to mitigate the shortage of skilled labour (IMAF) for client-specific vocational preparation and practice. This is a pragmatic, action-based approach. Based on the motives and basic conditioning of migrants that determine the depth of integration, the relationship between assimilation into the world of work and integration into the host society is addressed. Integration is understood as a process of generating an enriching added value for both sides through mutual dependence for peaceful coexistence in the holistic social system of the host society. Requirements for the implementation of migrants in training and work processes are identified as well as integration requirements and sub-processes of integration management, including methods of acquiring and stabilising new patterns of action and behaviour.
