| Abstract (German): | Im November 2023 feierte das Magazin erwachsenenbildung.at (Meb) mit der 50. Ausgabe Jubiläum und lud zur Tagung am Bundesinstitut für Erwachsenenbildung (bifeb) in St. Wolfgang im Salzkammergut. Verschiedene Akteur*innen des Mediums teilten im Rahmen einer Podiumsdiskussion ihre Perspektiven und Erfahrungen mit dem Publikum. Der vorliegende Beitrag fasst die Inhalte dieser Podiumsdiskussion und moderierte Gespräche mit Meb-Mitarbeitenden der ersten Stunde zusammen und zeigt auf, was das Medium ausmacht. Dargestellt werden die Geschichte und Entwicklung des Mediums, ergänzt um statistische Auswertungen zur Rezeption und den Autor*innen. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | In November 2023 the Austrian Open Access Journal on Adult Education (Meb) celebrated its 50th issue and hosted a conference at the Federal Institute for Adult Education (bifeb) in St. Wolfgang in Salzkammergut. In a panel discussion, different key players associated with the journal shared their perspectives and experiences with the public. This article summarizes the content of this panel discussion and presents interviews with people who have collaborated with Meb from the very start, demonstrating what the medium is all about. It also describes the history and development of the medium and contains statistical evaluations of its reception and the authors. (DIPF/Orig.) |
