| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag zeigt auf Basis einer explorativen qualitativen Fallstudie, dass die schulische Inklusion geflüchteter/neu migrierter Schüler:innen in lokalen Schulsystemen mit Mechanismen organisationaler Schließung einhergeht, die dazu führen, dass der Zugang zu höheren Bildungsgängen strukturell blockiert wird. Die beobachtungstheoretisch fundierte Analyseperspektive arbeitet die zentrale Funktion der polykontexturalen Konstitution von Legitimität im Rahmen schulorganisatorischer Entscheidungsprozesse heraus und kommt zu dem generalisierenden Befund, dass das Klassifikationsschema ‚Flucht‘ dabei insofern Regimecharakter annimmt, als es gruppenkonstituierende Schließungsprozesse im Bildungssystem generiert. | Abstract (English): | Based on an explorative qualitative case study, the paper shows that the inclusion of newly migrated and refugee pupils in local school systems is linked to mechanisms of organisational closure that lead to a structural barrier in accessing higher education. The analytical perspective based on observation theory elaborates the central function of the polycontextual constitution of legitimacy within the framework of school organisational decision-making processes and concludes with the generalising finding that the classification scheme ’flight’ takes on the character of a regime insofar as it causes group-constituting closure processes in the education system.
