| Abstract (German): | In dem Beitrag wird die Entwicklung von Frauenarbeit und Frauen(aus)bildung im ersten Drittel des 20. Jahrhunderts in ihrer Verwobenheit mit politischen und ökonomischen Verhältnissen rekonstruiert. Insbesondere wird die Bedeutung sozialer Berufe für die Emanzipation (bürgerlicher) Frauen herausgestellt. Es geht um spezifische Einflüsse der bürgerlichen Frauenbewegung im ersten Drittel des 20. Jahrhundert auf die Entwicklung von Frauenbildung/ -ausbildung mit einem ausgewählten Fokus auf die Akademisierung und Professionalisierung des Sozialen und das Spannungsfeld gesellschaftlicher Umbrüche und subjektiver Bildungsbestrebungen von Frauen im Sinne eines widerständigen Selbstseins im Umgang mit Entwicklungen von (Aus-)Bildungs-, Arbeits- und Geschlechterverhältnissen. Gefragt wird danach, welche Bedingungen und Entwicklungen zentral sind für die geschlechtsspezifischen Umbrüche in der sozialen Arbeitswelt und im dazugehörigen (Aus-)Bildungssystem. Den Rahmen bilden zentrale gesellschaftliche Bedingungen und Entwicklungen für frauenspezifische Umbrüche und Subjektorientierungen in der sozialen Arbeitswelt und im dazugehörigen (Aus-)Bildungssystem im ersten Drittel des 20. | Abstract (English): | The article reconstructs the development of women's work and women's education in the first third of the 20th century in its interweaving with political and economic conditions. In particular, the importance of social professions for the emancipation of (bourgeois) women is highlighted. It is about specific influences of the bourgeois women's movement in the first third of the 20th century on the development of women’s education/training, with a selected focus on the academisation and professionalisation of the social and the field of tension between social upheavals and women's subjective educational aspirations, in the sense of a resistant selfhood in dealing with developments in education, work and gender relations. The question is which conditions and developments are central to the gender-specific upheavals in the social world of work and in the associated education and training system. The framework is formed by central social conditions and developments for women-specific upheavals and subject orientations in the social world of work and in the associated education and training system in the first third of the 20th century.
