| Abstract (German): | Der Beitrag diskutiert Rahmenbedingungen, Konfliktlinien und Perspektiven einer Arbeitspolitik, die die Humanisierungspotenziale im gegenwärtigen Prozess der Digitalisierung der Arbeit zu Lasten der dominanten Rationalisierungslogik zur Geltung bringen will. Nach einer kursorischen Analyse der Digitalisierung in der kapitalistischen Transformation wird ein besonderes Augenmerk auf die Entwicklung der Arbeitsbedingungen sowie die Konflikte um Sozialstatus und Weiterbildungschancen im Bereich des Crowdworking gelegt. Dabei werden insbesondere sichtbare Verteilungskonflikte um Inhalte und Kosten betrieblicher Weiterbildungsangebote sowie der sozial selektive Zuschnitt betrieblicher Weiterbildungspraxen in vielen Betrieben problematisiert. Der Beitrag endet mit einem kurzen Ausblick auf Anforderungen an eine gewerkschaftliche Interessenpolitik im Sektor der neuen Plattformökonomie. (DIPF/Orig.) |
| Abstract (English): | This article discusses the underlying conditions, lines of conflicts and prospects of a specific labour policy, which encourages the potential capacity of work humanization in the process of digitalization against the current logic of rationalization. After a brief analysis of the ongoing process of digitalization, which is part of the current transformation of capitalism, the analysis pays special attention to the developments of working conditions and conflicts on socio-economic status and opportunities of professional training in the crowdworking sectors. The distribution conflicts concerning content, costs and social selectivity of on-the-job training programmes are critically examined. The article ends with a brief outlook on some of the key ingredients for an interest based trade union policy in the sectors of the new platform economy. (DIPF/Orig.) |
